This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This Notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003- Law related to protection of personal data to those who interact with web services accessible by telecommunication means starting from the address: www.fiscatech.com accessed by users via links.
The Notice applies only to the site in question and not to other Web sites 5/46 / EC, adopted on the17th of May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose.
THE DATA HOLDER
Following the consultation of this website data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data holder is Fiscatech S.p.A. with registered office at Via Biffignandi 37-27029 Vigevano (PV).
The updated list of “data processors” appointed by the holder pursuant to art. 29 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree no. 196/03 can be requested by sending an email to the email email@example.com.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to this site’s web services takes place at the above premises and is overseen only by technical personnel of the processor, or others charged with occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or spread.
The personal information provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (commercial or technical communications, newsletters, etc.) are utilized solely for the purposes indicated in the notices published in the relevant sections of the site and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose (shipment service of documents by a third party).
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their very nature they could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, identify users.
In this category of data are included IP addresses or domain names the computers utilized by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to addresses listed on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, and of any other personal data included in the message.
Specific information will be reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular services on request.
No personal user data is acquired from the site.
This site uses exclusively technical, session, functionality cookies strictly limited to the transmission of information necessary to enable a safe and efficient site exploration.
The cookies used on this site avoid the use of other techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of the users and they do not allow acquisition of personal identification data.
OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in web forms or otherwise indicated to request information material or other communications. In some modules the information, which is essential to provide the requested service, and those whose completion are optional, can be highlighted.
Failure to provide the necessary information will make it impossible to fulfill the request.
It must be remembered that in some cases the Authority may request information pursuant to current regulations, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases the disclosure is mandatory against penalty of administrative sanctions.
METHOD OF PROCESSING
The personal data IS processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003).
Pursuant to this Article the user shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
